M4 MacBook Pro’s Geekbench test revealed for the first time!

Ana sayfa / News

As with every new product from Apple, expectations are high for the MacBook Pro with the M4 processor. The results of the Geekbench tests before it is even released give important clues about the performance of the M4 processor. Apple is determined to raise the performance bar once again with the new M4 chip. Here are the details

In Geekbench 6.2 tests, the MacBook Pro with the M4 processor scored 3,864 single-core points and 15,228 multi-core points. These results are almost at the same level as the iPad Pro with the M4 processor in Apple’s tablet lineup.

Considering that the iPad Pro scored 3,715 and 14,690 points in the same tests, it is once again clear how powerful the MacBook Pro is. Especially this model, which comes with a 10-core CPU (4 performance and 6 efficiency cores) and 16 GB RAM, is a threat to its competitors in terms of performance.

But what’s really impressive is the MacBook Pro’s GPU performance. Its 10-core GPU scored 38,153 points in the OpenCL test, a 25% increase compared to the previous generation MacBook Pro with the M3 processor. That’s a significant difference in graphics-intensive tasks and especially in gaming performance.

Of course, these test results may not fully reflect the final product. The MacBook Pro with the M4 processor could be further improved in terms of performance when it’s released. But Apple’s next-generation processor is highly anticipated by gamers and pros alike.

With Intel and Snapdragon’s next-generation processors joining the race, we can say that a great competition is at the door in the technology world. This soon-to-be-released model is sure to top the charts in single-core performance and set new standards in graphics processing capability.
